Let this nutritious smoothie be your lucky charm today. This little guy packs a punch with 10g of protein! Good news its also allergen free. It is vegan friendly, gluten free, dairy free and egg free. Bonus: it's kid friendly too.

St. Patrick's Day Lucky Green Smoothie
Section 1: Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Frozen Mango
2 Lime (juiced)
2 cups Baby Spinach (packed)
2 tbsps Ground Flax Seed
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
3 1/2 cups Water (or any non-dairy milks)
Section 2: Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend well until smooth. Divide into glasses and enjoy!
After Blending feel free to add a booster of choice:
Omega 3 (Fish oils, or plant based option)
Green Powder
Probiotic Powder
